The Endowment

Society Awards is pleased to introduce the Artist in Exploration grant, created in partnership with The Explorers Club. This initiative supports the integration of a fine artist into one of the Club's leading annual expeditions, offering a unique opportunity to be immersed in – and inspired by – a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Each year, a selected artist will join the Club's most prominent expedition. The experience is designed to inspire the creation of traditional fine art that reflects the mission, its environment, and the broader spirit of exploration.

The resulting work will serve as a thoughtful visual narrative of discovery, offering a new lens through which to share and preserve these important endeavors.
