Austin Film Society’s Texas Film Awards is the year’s biggest event for Texans in film. This prestigious event honors the stars of Texas, while raising money for the AFS artistic and educational charity programs.
Each year, industry icons are inducted into the Texas Film Hall of Fame and the 2016 honorees included Chandra Wilson, Carol Burnett, Jesse Plemons, and Michael Barker. Hollywood stars such as Ethan Hawke, Maya Rudolph, Adrianne Palicki, and Ellia English presented the awards to this year’s honorees.
Society Awards produced the beautiful award in polished and brushed metal. We
want to congratulate this year’s recipients and are honored to have been a part
of the festivities!
