For some images, in particular commercial images or logo's, a license is required to use them for designing your product. When you upload an image this means that we trust you have the required licenses for this. If we are approached by the legal licensee we will directly refer to you.
File size is limited to 15MB
Note: A vector-based (EPS, AI or Vector PDF) file is required for almost all personalization. You may also upload a non-vector file (JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG). However, additional fees may apply for complex logos requiring conversion work. We will contact you to discuss if necessary.

Personalize Your Award
- Use the buttons to the left of the award to add text and upload logos.
- Text and logos can be moved and resized by moving or expanding the design box around them.
- Choose the "Add to Cart" option, to add your design to the cart and duplicate another (to make small changes to additional awards without having to redo the layout), or add to cart and check out.
You will receive a professional proof from Society Awards. If your layout isn't centered or has minor inaccuracies, our Design Department will fix it for you before production. Our online design feature allows you to quickly get the copy you want and logos you want in the layout that you want - if it isn't perfect, we'll fix it.
