Society Awards Finance Group deals directly with the most elite financial institutions here in the Americas and throughout the world commemorating high profile equity, debt and M&A transactions. The successful applicant will focus on acquiring additional revenue streams from existing clientele as well as bringing on new customers. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly revenue goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will report to the head of the business unit. You will be expected to manage a minimum of 100 projects at any given time as well as develop new relationships. We’re looking for a results-oriented professional who values productivity and customer engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Drive growth and contribute to a fast-growing company
Develop and oversee customer retention campaigns
Engage with minimum 30 customers per day via live contact and follow up with all prospects within 4 hours
Follow up and engage with customers to close business
Exceed monthly goals and create a strong revenue stream
Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Schedule project implementation and help to define budget constraints
Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives etc.
Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities
Excellent written communication skills and technologically savvy
Drive and passion about achieving great results
Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
