We’re looking for someone who combines technical knowhow with a passion for branding and design. We need a pro communicator with a tough skin — you will need to adopt and build upon an established brand’s visual language, communicate your ideas without ego. From mock-up to launched page, you will create and implement on-brand webpages that serve our marketing objectives including providing client value, reinforcing our place as the industry leader, and increased SE visibility. On top of direct programming in our proprietary backend, you may be asked to work within several additional platforms, including Squarespace, Unbounce, and Magento. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Design, code, and launch polished webpages to fit an established brand
Assist in determining the structure and design of webpages individually and how they fit into the larger site and marketing strategy
Develop features that enhance user experience — think critically on how SEO best practices fit into an established luxury brand. We don’t fill our site with buttons, forms and CTAs. Instead, we carefully consider how to develop a luxury experience that informs, guides, and persuades the potential customer (the ‘soft sell’). Our business was built on and remains inextricably linked with the one-on-one client relationship, our digital presence must reflect this concierge-level experience.
Create optimally sized, visually balanced, compelling, and on-brand assets for web, digital advertising, and social
Concerned with getting projects done well, not just done. This means recruiting help from internal teams when you aren’t sure. We are looking for someone who knows where they excel and is ready to get help when you need it.

Minimum 3-5 years of professional programming and design experience
Degree in computer science, graphic design or related fields with relevant experience (we're looking for someone who balances technical ability with aesthetic point of view)
Strong experience in Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Working knowledge of SEO best practices as they relate to user experience and web design
Experience in adaptive web design — considering how your design will work across different devices
