JOB DESCRIPTION
The Account Manager will report directly to the VP of Sales Strategy, Operations and Business Development and be responsible for assisting senior sales staff with service to large accounts and dedicated service to many smaller accounts. We are looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented and cares about customer service. The candidate will be communicating directly with clients and must be professional but also warm and customer service oriented. This role is based in our Grove, Oklahoma facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Direct and frequent communication with clients, regularly updating them on all aspects of a project
Guiding clients on product selection
Processing client personalization requests and proofing information
Updating CRM system with all information about clients and their projects
Providing tracking and troubleshooting product shipment delivery exceptions
Prospecting new clients

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree
2-3 years of work experience
Excellent organization skills, able to manage many projects and tasks, including following up on tasks day to day to ensure successful completion
Excellent computer skills, including experience with CRM systems, Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn and master new web applications
Excellent customer service skills, including quick and professional responses to customer calls and emails
Independent, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
Motivated to grow within a “work hard / reward results” environment
Coachable, openness to feedback, and dedication to consistent self-improvement
