Join the team of the only luxury brand in awards! We are actively seeking a client manager will report directly to the VP of Sales and be responsible for providing dedicated service to one of our large key accounts. We are looking for someone who is organized and able to be diligent in overseeing the production and shipping of awards. This person will be communicating directly with the client on a regular basis and must be professional, warm, and good with client relations.
Processing weekly client personalization requests and proofing information
Direct and frequent communication with the client
Providing onsite product quality service inspections as needed
Following up on any product shipment delivery exceptions
Trouble shooting/answering client calls regarding order status
Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum three-years customer service / other relevant work experience.
Excellent organization skills, able to manage many projects and tasks, including following up on tasks day to day through completion.
Excellent computer skills, including experience with CRM systems, excel, MS outlook, and ability to learn and master custom web applications.
Excellent customer service skills, including fast responsiveness to customer calls and professional phone presence. Majority of job tasks will be addressed via email but some contact with client team is expected.
Independent, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
