The Luxury Direct Sales Associate is a critical role whose primary goal will be to cultivate new leads and bring in new revenue. This role will report directly to the VP, Sales Strategy, Operations and Business Development and be based in Bentonville, AR.
Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails and inbound lead follow-up, while professionally representing Society Awards
Conduct independent research to identify business opportunities and key decision-makers
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory/category
Transition receptive leads over to sales managers (Concierges) who will close deals
Bachelor’s Degree
Proven sales experience with a minimum one year of cold calling experience
Experience working with CRM systems to manage the sales process
Professionalism - You are representing a world-class, luxury brand and will conduct yourself in a manner that is consistent with our culture and high standards in both written and verbal communication
Excellent customer service skills, including swift responsiveness to customers and professional phone presence
Personable, you love people and have a natural ability to connect with anyone
Strong organization skills, able to manage many projects and tasks, including following up with leads on a regular basis
Openness to feedback and dedication to consistent self-improvement
Independent, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
Motivated to grow within a “work hard / reward results” environment
Strong computer skills, especially in Outlook and CRM
Compensation: Base plus commission
