JOB DESCRIPTION
Production Specialist - Laser Operator, Engraving, Sandblasting
Join the team of the only luxury brand in awards! We are actively seeking a production specialist who is savvy with personalization machinery and software. The Production Specialist will be involved in production operations, including assembling personalized plates to awards; supervising product quality control; and fulfilling daily shipments. The role encompasses the operation of engraving, lasering and sandblasting equipment to personalize awards. This hands-on position will require an honest individual who will be given ongoing opportunities to be involved in new learning opportunities as we grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Assembly of awards
Lasering, engraving or sandblasting personalization on glass, acrylic and metal awards
Deftness with the application of glue or paint to awards
Receiving and Quality Controlling incoming materials
Daily light maintenance of personalization equipment
Handling various jobs requiring our 3D Printing machine
REQUIREMENTS
Outstanding computer familiarity with an ability to learn new programs
Excellent organization and attention to details – highly organized, never overlooking details or mislabeling products
Ability to follow directions accurately
Hard working and independent
Experience with production and/or lasering/engraving/sandblasting technology.
Familiarity with art software such as Corel Draw and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to track and accurately respond to internal emails, never overlooking assignments, and to respond to customer shipping inquiries
