No revisions can be made once an order has been placed. This is a custom product and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. CARAS will review orders for accuracy and merit only before production and are subject to approval. If an order does not match the winner's database and revisions must be made, a representative from CARAS will contact you directly. Statuettes ship within approximately 6 weeks following approval and cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
