Contributor Plaque

Contributor awards are for individuals who made a significant contribution to a winning piece and were not listed on the original entry. Orders are subject to review and approval by the original entry submitter and the Emmy chapter administrator. The rosewood plaque is 10.5" x 13".  Allow 4 weeks for delivery.  

Price is $150 and includes engraving and domestic shipping.  Sales tax, if applicable, will be charged at the time of checkout.

After you have selected your award, please review the copy below for accuracy. Please note that your award copy will be professionally typeset and formatted, approval is for content only. If there are any changes that need to be made to the content, please contact the chapter administrator at awards@nyemmys.org.
