Creating the USATF Wing Award
Known in previous years as the Golden Spike Tour and Visa Championship Series, the USATF Championship Series began in 2013. Since then, USATF has honored top athletes in track and field who have pushed past the limits with the Wing Award.
In a collaborative effort, we teamed up with USATF to create a custom award based on their remarkable logo. They presented us with a detailed concept sketch, which we then made into a 3D rendering to enrich the model, thus bringing it to life.
Simple, yet elegant, and not to mention heavy. The Wing Award is an impressive piece of custom recognition. The stunning statuette brings the brand’s iconic winged-star logo to life, rising from a sleek black crystal base. Crafted from pewter and finished in radiant 24k gold plating, each piece is meticulously hand-assembled to ensure flawless quality and craftsmanship in this custom, one-of-a-kind design.
